Steve Sherman has more than 17 years of transaction experience. Steve focuses on financial services, healthcare companies and technology transactions. He has completed more than $2 billion in financial services acquisitions and has almost a decade of Information Technology transaction experience. Prior to joining FairView, Steve was Director of Business Development at both AT&T and AT&T Capital. Steve is frequently called to write and speak on financial industry issues and events. He received a Baker Scholarship and has an MBA from the NYU Stern School and L’Ecole Des Hautes Etudes Commerciales.
Elliott H. Singer is one of the entrepreneurial leaders in the messaging and wireless industries. Bringing more than twenty years of managerial and advisory experience to the team, Elliott has managed projects in telecommunications, minor league hockey and baseball, and other business services. Prior to joining FairView as a founding principal, Elliott was the founder and former CEO of A+ Network (formerly A+ Communications). He successfully grew the company to become a $100 million strategic competitor. He took the firm public, and negotiated a $300 million merger with Metrocall. He holds a B.A. from Tulane University and an MBA from the Leonard R. Stern School of Business at NYU.
John Taylor is an accomplished financial and general management executive who has been active in the financial services and high technology communities for over twenty-five years. Most recently, he was President of Glendale Associates Corporation, consulting to the venture capital, financial services, and high technology communities. Previous to Glendale, he was founder and Managing Director of Taylor Gordon Law Group, a founder and Executive Vice President of LeasePartners Corporation and held a number of senior management positions with US Leasing. During Mr. Taylor’s career, he has raised over $500 million in debt and equity capital and has substantial transaction experience. He is intimately familiar with the managerial challenges faced by entrepreneurs in successfully navigating through high-growth environments and has managed both mature ventures as well as successfully founding, building and selling start-ups. John has a BS in Finance from the University of Oregon and an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
Roger Crafe is a successful financial services executive with more than 30 years transaction and executive experience in the leasing and equipment finance industry. Prior to joining Fairview, Roger was CEO of USX Credit, the financing arm of the largest steel maker in the United States. Earlier in his successful career, Roger held key executive positions at several other major finance companies. 
Dan Morse is a dedicated financial services professional with almost 30 years experience in the commercial equipment leasing industry. Prior to joining Fairview, Dan worked for the premier firms in the industry, including US Leasing, PacifiCorp, AT& T Capital, Copelco Capital and CitiCapital. Most recently he was with GE Commercial Finance where he held a variety of senor management positions. Dan has both his BS and MBA from Southern Illinois University and brings a wealth of experience in capital markets and risk management in various industries and asset types. 
Mark King is primarily focused on capital raise opportunities in the technology sector with emphasis on companies that serve the Internet and Telecommunications in Mobile and Fixed Wire Line. Mr. King has more than 25 years experience that includes eight as an expatriate with IBM in the Middle East and Africa. Mr. King was also SVP of Sales at Level 3 Communications for their Content Market’s group with $600+ million in annual revenues. Mr. King also serves in an advisory role to several early stage Cloud Computing, Mobile Advertising and Infrastructure firms.
Larry Wallace is an experienced finance and general management leader with over 25 years experience in high tech, electronics and consumer products. His focus areas for Fairview are high technology, manufacturing and service and software companies. In his most recent position as the General Manager of Austin Semiconductor, Inc, Larry led a major turnaround of this $13 million business and the subsequent sale of the business to a private equity firm. Larry was also involved in the analysis, due diligence and deal structuring for several acquisition candidates. His background also includes broad experience in financial and general management at Freescale Semiconductor, Motorola Semiconductor, Emerson Electric, Fisher Controls and Kimberly-Clark. Larry has a BBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Wisconsin at Madison and an MBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. 
Gigi Collins is a seasoned financial executive with more than 20 years experience solving complex business and financial challenges. Before joining FairView Advisors, she was a Vice President at Bankers Trust Company where she successfully prepared strategic business plans; negotiated contracts; provided marketing support for products to Fortune 500 client base; and implement trading and back office systems in New York, London, Hong Kong and Australia.
Don Jay Smith is a public relations and communications/marketing professional with more than 30 years of experience. He has worked with corporations, including AT&T Capital, sanofi aventis Pharmaceuticals, American Banker, Global Crossing, Lucent, Pfizer and Jaguar; government entities, including the New Jersey State Council for the Arts/Secretary of State, New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority and the New Jersey Hall of Fame; and many other entities from small businesses to entrepreneurial startups. He holds a BA and MA from the University of Virginia and attended graduate school at Princeton University.
